F.A.Q.
If your team has a question we haven't covered, your account manager can answer it, and we'll add it here.
Who operates Numo, and how is contributed data used?
Numo is operated by Poseidon AI, Inc., the data controller for the platform. Contributors submit audio and video recordings, which Numo may license to business customers and other third parties, with the contributor's authorization, for purposes that include training AI models. Account and profile details are collected to provide the Services and to compensate contributors.
Can a contributor withdraw consent or have their data deleted?
Yes. Where Numo relies on consent to process personal information, contributors may withdraw it at any time, and may request deletion or erasure of the personal information Numo holds, by emailing Numo's Data Protection Officer. Withdrawing consent may limit Numo's ability to continue providing the Services.
What privacy rights do contributors have?
Contributors have the right to access the personal information we hold about them, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of their data, and withdraw consent to the use of their data at any time. Contributors may also request that we restrict or stop processing their data, receive a copy of their data in a portable format, and object to certain uses of their data including automated processing. We will not discriminate against any contributor for exercising these rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the laws of your jurisdiction. For example, residents of Korea, California, and the European Economic Area have specific additional rights described in our Privacy Policy. To make a request or learn more about your rights contact us at [email protected].
Is there a minimum age to contribute?
Yes. Numo's Services are not intended for children, and Numo does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or the applicable minimum age in a given region). If such information is collected unknowingly, Numo will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete it.
Does this portal expose the underlying audio or video recordings?
No. The portal exposes audit receipts, provenance signals, consent status, and policy references, not the underlying recordings. Numo retains contributed information only as long as reasonably necessary, and licenses the underlying audio and video to customers through its own commercial channels rather than through Trace.
